Touch down!

E. Lynn Harris goes all out on this one. Great work of fiction. Harris provides some true enlightenment on the behind-the-scenes game playing surrounding Black college football players with NFL dreams.
I won't spoil it and tell the story. Just get it and read it.
Since Harris' "Invisible Life", I have been a supporter of his written talent. That said, to this very date, he has yet to fail me. Touch down!

LOVED IT!

He's done it again. I loved this book with all the twists and turns. It kept me interested from the first page until the last. Now I have to find another book to fill the void since I read this one so fast. More! More! More!

Nice Change of Pace

This was a good change of pace for Mr. Harris. Although, some of the same language from the other books was used, it was interesting to see it used in a almost completely heterosexual context. Looking forward to his next work of fiction, and the movie of one his earlier novels.

Maybe 3.5...

It was an okay read. It's not as good as most of his other books but I would still recommend it if you're just in the mood for reading. Definitely not bad enough to give up on him so I'm still looking forward to his next book.
