Great Information, Ignore Negative Reviews

I have really enjoyed and benefited from the 3 CD's in Tom Hopkins audio set. I almost didn't buy it after reading the 2 negative reviews that I saw here but am glad I did. He covers alot of information that was very helpful to me as a businessman. Knowing and executing the basics are what success is all about, he covers these and goes beyond them I have seen people who think they know everything in classes I have taught and they usually can't be taught. For the beginner or seasoned pro I would recommend this CD. Great job.

Basic Sales Tool

The CDs are not revolutionary by any means. But provide a good foundation for any budding salesperson and also are a good reminder for seasoned salespeople. I found them useful.

Some good basic sales techniques - nothing exceptional

His intonation is the epitome of a smucky sales person. He has some good suggestions, but getting past his delivery requires work.

I'd recommend this to someone starting out in sales because he offers a few good examples of various openings and some solid closing advice. If you are looking for a motivational speak who teaches selling I think you'll be let down.
