I Stopped a Three Pack a Day Smoking Habit in Three Weeks
Twenty years ago I quit smoking using the suggestions in this book. My husband raced stock cars and during the race evening I would smoke at least one pack and open another. That didn't include the pack I smoked during the day. I read the book, and took a business card, listed all the positive things about quitting, put a piece of clear packing tape on it and stuck it in my cigarette case. Each time I lit up I would read this card out loud, that is key.
You
r brain begins to make the changes in your body to change your habit. Within three weeks I had quit, with NO WITHDRAWAL symptoms. Twenty years later I am smoke free and my lungs have no lasting effects from three packs a day. Try it, IT WORKS.
