Unfortunately Asparagus Is Not Appreciated by Everyone 
Although I have eaten asparagus prepared in many different ways, I must say that I enjoy it the most when it is pickled. Hopefully you will agree with me after reading my review, and someone won't complain about it to Amazon if they don't like it. Asparagus can be eaten between meals as a snack or served as an appetizer. You can have as much as you want within reason, because it is a low carb green vegetable. The ingredients include water, vinegar, salt, mustard, black pepper and spices, so it is also healthy for you. Gerties makes the best pickled asparagus and I usually buy at least one case a month.

I found Gertie's at Costco last Christmas (I think they are a seasonal item there) and was looking forward to buying more this holiday season, but low and behold, found them on Amazon. I dont know what Gertie does to create this special recipe, but it is amazing..and even addictive. I ate the whole 35 oz jar in one sitting, but I wasnt worried because it is healthy and only about 150 calories for the huge jar and no carbs and no fat! No more chips and salsa for me! Buy some on Amazon or Costco before they are gone. Thank you Gertie!
