Fragile? Hmmm...
I've had this
sprinkler
for 4 years and have never had a single problem with it being fragile--it works like a champ, year after year. I suppose if you use it like a hammer or drop it from 10' onto concrete it would break--but I've never tried that.
I love this sprinkler--I've spent so much money on them over the years that I despaired of ever finding a truly good one--the range and sdjustability is better than ANY other sprinkler I've ever used. Built-in timer is SO useful--never wastes water and is very accurate.

I have owned one of these for eight years and was delighted to find another. It is heavy duty, saves me time and money. I've never found a
sprinkler
that has lasted more than two years until this one. It is worth the cost.

Well worth it
Yes it's expensive, but the minute you handle it, you'll see why. We bought one of these about 2yrs ago from our PX, but left it behind when we moved. After dropping $20+ here and there for what always turned out to be junk
sprinkler
s, we were pleased to find
Gardena
on Amazon. Love the updated version with timer. Gardena
350
is rugged and does a great job of target watering. Bought two and have had no problems at all after 4 months of use.
Great Sprinkler
This is a great
sprinkler
- durrable, easy to use and covers a lot of area.
Expensive, but works well.
It does everything it says it does. You can set it all sorts of different ways. It is well-built and heavy enough to stay where you put it even after the water is on. I really don't have the settings down yet and really get tired of turning it on and off to get it right. There are so many combinations that I am still tweeking and tweeking to get the coverage I want, but I bought it in October and only used it a few weeks before the rains started [I live in N. CA, rains all winter, no rain in summer]. I presume I'll get the hang of it next summer. I read the other reviews and was hesitant to buy it because some people said it had quit on them. So far that has not happened to me. It just seems pricey for something that is all plastic, but it does a much better job than my previous $7.99
sprinkler
s.
Added comment: still going strong after almost 2 years.
