The Nintendo 64 isn't my favorite system of all time, but out of all the next-generation systems, I like it the best. Unlike the Playstation or Saturn, you don't have to wait for any of the games to load. At $89.99, the price of the Nintendo 64 is the lowest it has ever been and well worth the price. I recommend anybody who likes video games to get the Nintendo 64.
1. Did U know that the cartridges that the N64 uses can hold only somewhere around 90 MB of information? While Cd based games can hold well over 900 MB.
2. Did U know those cartrides on the 64 are going to make U fork over more hard earned money than good ol' cd's? .....................
3. Those cartridges will not have as good of sound quality as the cd based games. But "cartridge music" does not sound bad.
4. U must buy the rumble feature seperatly and they use batteries. On Playstation U just have to get a dual shock controller, no batteries are needed.
Well thats about it but, I'm not saying the N64 is dumb, or a bad system. I just thought that U needed to be informed on some of the flaws in the system before U buy it. On the good side of the N64 though, it does have some really good games like, Legend of Zelda: Orcania of Time (I think this game comes in close 2nd to "Final Fantasy 7") Goldeneye 007, Mario 64 and more. Thanks for your time. I hope my reveiw helped.
