High Road to China

I have loved this movie from the first time I saw it. Drama, action, comedy, love story, all of these and more. I think Tom and Bess were wonderful together, and I particularly liked the "speak" lines. Bess has an amazing screen presence, and their chemistry was great. Has to be one of my all time favourite movies, and I wish they would release it on DVD.

Deserved DVD STATUS.

One of the Greatest High Adventure movies ( For General Public Viewing) produced. This movie has All the ingriedents for High Adventure : Magnificent Scenery, Great Action shots and background music, Exciting Story, Terrific Actors with a top story ending.
How this movie has Escaped DVD Production, nobody knows !
Maybe it's a little old-fashioned Adventure, but it is a Fair-Dinkum fantasy & Hopefully it will not be too far into the Future before 'High Road to China' is Available on DVD.

Love those airplanes!

Simply one of my all time most favorite films. Love it more every time I see it. Would watch it if only for the stunning John Barry score. I think he stole most of it from his Out of Africa score, but, in fact, I like this one better. There's a story that Selleck didn't really like this film, but I don't understand why. The flying, the action and the characters are irresistible! Just let me join the chorus that can't understand why this great family friendly film is not available on DVD!

Waiting for the DVD

I love this underrated film! Great music, action scenes, romantic interest, scenic locations, and a hilarious performance by Robert Morley are but a few of the reasons. We need this to be available on DVD
