Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead Man's Chest (Widescreen Edition)
Johnny Depp
,
Orlando Bloom
Walt Disney Video, 2006
Best of the Trilogy
"Dead Man's Chest" is the best "Pirates" film up to date. After seeing the "Curse of the Black Pearl" I wondered how the next one could be better. And they did everything right to make this one better. My favortie movie, period.

Robby Kiger
Lions Gate, 2007
fantastic buy
I am 32 and I still quote lines from this movie. This is another kids movie classic that has been buried since its time of fame. This is a movie that kids today can watch and get addicted to, such as I did back in the day.
An American Werewolf in London
Jenny Agutter
,
Griffin Dunne
Universal Pictures, 2001
Werewolf Genius
An American Werewolf in London was one of the first Horror films I saw. I remember hiding in the back room at the age of 5 hoping my parents wouldn't notice what I was watching. I had many a sleepless night due to that film. And I guarantee you that I will never feel ...
Clash of the Titans
Laurence Olivier
,
Harry Hamlin
Warner Home Video, 2004
Fantastic Movie, Great Special Effects And Imagination!
About every two years I watch this movie--it never ceases to be a delight. What great imaginations these writers have. Would love to have Hollywood do a sequel with Hamlin and Bowker parents of another adventurous child. You could have done many sequels with this ...

Fresh and Original
This was the most original Pixar film since Toy Story, in my opinion. Keep it up Pixar!
Sesame Street - Christmas Eve on Sesame Street
Big Bird
,
Oscar the Grouch
Sesame Street, 1987
Classic old-school Sesame Street
First off, viewers must be aware that this is Sesame Street from the 1970's. Many of your child's favorite characters weren't "born" yet. Also, remember that back then Sesame Street was a little edgier in that Oscar was seemingly being a little mean to Big Bird, ...
The Thing from Another World
Margaret Sheridan
,
Kenneth Tobey
Turner Home Ent, 2003
The Thing - The Best!
Decent DVD of what I consider the best of the 1950's horror films. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other DVD's, but it does have a crisp copy of the film and nothing seems to be missing. So sit back and enjoy the movie. And keep watching the skies!
Young Frankenstein

Sesame Street - The Best of Elmo
Kevin Clash
Sesame Street, 2001
Short And Sweet
Kids just love Elmo, no matter how much adults may not feel the same way, though I do admit I am somewhat entertained by him. But my son (2-1`/2) absolutely loves him, so that is what really matters. I try to limit television/video time and a one or two 1/2 hour ...

Kids favorite songs review
The family liked this enough that we bought it twice. Our first copy was a hit with our son when he was 1-2 years old then it was broken by a cousin. I bought it again for our daughter who is 2 and she also loves it.

The Time Machine
Rod Taylor
,
Alan Young
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), 2000
The Time Machine is a gripping science-fiction tale
Everyone has his/hers favorite movie, but The Time Machine has to rank way up there on many people's list. Based on H.G. Wells eerily dark vision of the future, George Pal's Time Machine is science fiction at it's best. Inventor George Wells (Rod Taylor) has invited ...
Waterworld
Kevin Costner
Universal Studios, 2008
Well Worth The Buy
I know people lend their tastes toward disliking this movie, but I don't; in fact, I say that it's a phenomenal feat in movie making. The sets are amazing. The imagination that contrived this story to a visual delight marks celebration. The extended version, in my ...
