This book is extremely useful in preparing for a torts exam. In fact, the fact patterns on one of the questions was so great that my professor copied a large portion of it on our final exam question (the ethical side of that can be debated with Emory).

This book is great. It has a brief review and suggestions as to how to repsond to questions before each section. Plenty of questions for eah section with explanation to the answers. Definately, worth the money.

Great resource!
This book is really worth the cost. The first 30 pages contain some really useful tips for taking the MBE, and the rest of the book is sample tests followed by detailed analysis of the answers. Of all the MBE prep books I've seen, this is teh best.
